tcpip.sys SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION Win10 after VPN Connection

Hey,

I encouter some bluescreens lately when I try to start a VPN connection. The VPN connection itself is working and running. Some minutes (varies, normaly 5-10 min, if i leave the pc alone it's sometimes okay until I do something) after starting even if I canceled the connection already the bluescreen happens.

Tried to do sfc /scannow without any notice.

Installed the newest driver for my networkcard at intels website: Intel(R) Ethernet Connection (2) I219-V | Version: 12.17.10.7

Installed newest driver for graphic card.

Reseted the network.

Searched with Malwarebytes. Found some stuff and cleaned it. (in zip)

Did Windows Memory Diagnostic without any notice.

Starting to reach my limits here. Hoping someone can help me solve that issue.

Here are the dump files, MSinfo & Malwarebytes: https://1drv.ms/u/s!Ai9Ef8vcd15uhDCxWiVmxgmi8g94

Edition Windows 10 Home

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700K CPU @ 4.00GHz

Graphiccard NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070

Nohting overclocked btw.

Thanks in advance!

Regards,

Julia
