Answer
Ramankuar, please explain what you found

1. In BIOS did you see your nVidia GPU
2. In Device Manager were both Graphics cards listed?
3. If you right click your Desktop are nVidia Settings listed on that menu?
4. In Control Panel, is nVidia Settings app listed?

Answer
Open Device Manager (accessible by right clicking your Start Button)
Expand Display Adapters
What is reported there?
Is there 2 devices reported, Inter HD Graphics and your nVidia GPU?

One thing to try, boot into your BIOS

Make sure you can see the nVidia Graphics Card in System information/configuration

Under Graphics Options, is there an nVidia Optimus setting - if there is, turn t off
