Frequent blue screen crashes on windows 10

So i recently upgraded to windows 10, and did a fresh (delete all files) install. I have been getting a lot of frequent bsod's that look like this everytime http://i.imgur.com/evlpZkn.jpg . Here are also some of my specs :

Processor: AMD FX-6300 six core
Ram: 8GB
Video card: AMD Radeon R9 200 series
Motherboard: ASRock 970 Extreme3 R2.0

So far I have tried rolling back my radeon video drivers, I have made sure windows update has everything up to date. I looked up one of my bsod on the event manager and it said this :

I also looked into my memory.dmp folder using BlueScreenView and it had this info on one of my crashes :

Everytime I've crashed it's been when I am playing games on my pc and/or am using the program Discord. Any help would be appreciated!

We do need the actual log files (called a DMP files) as they contain the only record of the sequence of events leading up to the crash, what drivers were loaded, and what was responsible.

Please follow our instructions for finding and uploading the files we need to help you fix your computer. They can be found here

Related to the CMUSBDAC.sys C-Media USB Audio Class Driver from C-Media Inc.

Completely remove the current driver (or software) and install the newest driver available.  For instructions on how to do that Read all about updating drivers  here http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wiki/windows_other-hardware/updating-a-driver/a5e6345e-af9b-4099-bef0-8d22254aa1c1?tm=1436753520149

I am having the same problem but there is nothing in my device manager called C-MEdia Audio Driver. I have Realtek High Definition Audio and NVIDIA High Definition Audio. I can not find anything but the CMUSBDAC.sys file and it is time stamped for November of 2016 even though I did a complete fresh install on this new harddrive in March of 2017. There are no files on my PC that are from C-Media but the CMUABDAC.sys file.

I was not able to fix the problem. I know what causes it though. My computer blue screens when I am using my snowball ice with discord, the crash happens when the microphone disconnects while it is in use.
