Event 16, Kernel-General

Anyone have any idea what these mean, beyond cleaning up something in a registry hive?:

"The access history in hive \??\C:\WINDOWS\AppCompat\Programs\Amcache.hve was cleared updating 9768 keys and creating 1924 modified pages."

and

"Hive \??\c:\users\%account%\ntuser.dat was reorganized with a starting size of 14372864 bytes and an ending size of 14172160 bytes."

The above occurred upon reboot after "Event 18, WHEA-Logger," fatal hardware errors, reported by Processor Core, had a machine check exception twice on Processor APIC ID 0, then once on 1, then it rebooted with bugcheck 0x00000124 (0x0000000000000000, 0xffff8e0ce52ad038, 0x00000000f2000040, 0x0000000000000800.

Sorry if I'm grouping the issues in the wrong order.

As it's a fatal hardware error related to the CPU cores, I sort of gathered.
