You have apparently installed the program Reason Core Security. If it's the free version, uninstall it.
If it's the paid version, you could uninstall/reinstall it.
For additional help, try Support Center at https://www.reasoncoresecurity.com/

Its not working
1. Which version of Windows?
2. What's not working?
You can't uninstall the program
or
that message can't be dismissed and has the computer locked up?

Hi,
The latest version of Windows 10 is Creators Update Version 1703. We would like to ask if you can check which version of Windows you are using, press Windows + R to open run window, type winver and press Enter.
In addition, there is a tool called System File Checker that scans your computer for missing or corrupted files. We recommend to use this tool to scan your system to determine if your computer is running normally or not. Visit this link to know how to run the SFC tool.
We'll await your feedback with the scan results.

Sorry. Lost track of this thread.
See if this is a startup program or leftovers from an incomplete uninstall.
Right-click the Taskbar and select Task Manager. On the Startup tab do you see reason security or security engine helper or a startup item that might be related to that program?
