Mine also broke with the Creator's update.  Though clearing the browser history did not help as it is still broken.  Also the update removed most of my Windows Administrative Tools like Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, etc.  IE doesn't seem to be working that great either.  Seem to be freezing a lot.

I downloaded the update yesterday from Microsoft though it seems to have removed all the old updates.  The one showing up is from today re-installing AD.

Hi Matthew,

If you are having trouble with the Creator's Update, we would suggest that you uninstall and reinstall it from the system. Here is the link where you can re-install Windows Update. Make sure that you have the KB numbers.

Let us know if you have any other concerns.

Since it isn't showing up in either, what would be the best way to uninstall it?

If the Update is not showing up, the best way to resolve the issue is to do a system restore. It is a process where you can undo changes that may have caused a problem with the system. Kindly follow the steps on this link.

After the system restore, re-install the Update using the Microsoft Update Catalog.

Keep us posted with the result.
