Q: Candy Crush Jelly Saga does not run This thread is locked from future replies

I'm running Windows 10.  Candy Crush Saga and Candy Crush Soda Saga both run perfectly well but Candy Crush Jelly Saga will not run at all.  I have un-installed (third party un-installer required!) and re-installed from Windows Store several times but it still refuses to run.  I click the icon or link in the Start Menu and nothing happens at all.  It used to run just fine until my Start menu stopped working and I cured that by re-installing all Windows apps using the instructions on the BT help site.
