1 Keyboard Windows key + X With Command Prompt (Admin)> Run as administrator 

2 with command Prompt C:\Windows\system32>Bcdedit /set {Default} bootmenupolicy Legacy

or exit

3 Take effect to Restart Your PC

1 Keyboard F8 Advanced Boot Options > Safe Mode

2 With keyboard Windows key + X > Command Prompt (Admin) > sfc /scannow You System scan to error

3 Please take effect Restarting you After Boot

We can analyze the minidumps if you make them available from the OneDrive or other file sharing sites (such as MediaFire). If you have problems uploading the minidumps copy them to the Desktop or the Documents folder and upload them from there.
