100% Disk Utilization even after I Full Reset

I've been searching every  possible answer to my problem and tried every possible solution how to solve my 100% Disk Utilization problem.

I even Full Format my laptop but still nothing works.

Worst case scenario is after i reformat my laptop, it's getting worst, just running one program makes my Disk Utilization to 100% and then froze for a few minutes and drop disk utilization to normal, when i'm going to use the program it starts to go up again till 100%

Take note, it is full formatted a few minutes ago .

I just post my dxdiag details here for you to know what my problem is and your help is pretty much appreciated.

Hi Gerry,

Open Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc)

Click on the Disc Column Header so the arrow faces down

Please post a screenshot of the resulting Task Manager window . . .

I see you are running 1803. Uninstall the latest cumulative update kb4103727 which hopefully should fix this(at least for me it did)

Hi Gerry, you are running the BlueStacks Emulator, that is extremely heavy on system resources, especially your hard drive . . .

Like i've said earlier, my laptop is previously formatted and the only thing that is installed now is bluestacks.

You're telling me that my laptop with that kind of specs can't run a single bluestacks emulator??

Hi Gerry, yes, you have great specs,

But HDD read/write access has nothing to do with a great processor, GPU and lots of RAM, if the HDD is up to 100%, any system will crawl along . . .

But that's i'm trying to solve, why is it my Disk Utilization 100% wherein the only running process here is the OS, some graphic drivers and a Bluestacks emulator?

BTW before all this happens, it's working perfectly fine. I run bluestacks emulator (duplicate mode) while watching a movie.

Now i'm lucky running google chrome, worst case worst if i run another program the utilization begins to climb up and hangs.

what im gonna do to this HDD read/write?

Hi Gerry, if BlueStacks is not running is your system responsive and is the read/write on your HDD lower?
