Windows 10 Touch keyboard icon not working

Hi

Today virtual keyboard icon stopped working.  Virtual keyboard working from start menu but from the icon in task bar not reacting.

Scanned integrity of windows threw cmd no results. Rebooted updated to latest edition of windows no result. Google no result.

Any ideas?

This issue is usually being caused by a third-party application. We suggest that you perform a clean boot on you computer. This will definitely help us determine if it's really a third-party.

Tried to do clean boot didn't helped me :| Problem still stays.

Fixed.

For some unknown reason service for Touch keyboard and Handwriting panel was disabled. Enabled it and restarted pc. Icon working again.
