Cannot do anything with items on taskbar.  When I right click an item it pops up and disappears when I try to select it.  Can't even close an item.

  2. Type the following 4 commands at the CMD prompt:

WSReset.exe.

dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

sfc /scannow

powershell

Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers |Where-Object {$_.InstallLocation -like "*SystemApps*"} | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

Hi Kristy,

I would suggest you to create a local user account and check if the issue can be fixed.

http://windows.microsoft.com/en-my/windows-10/create-a-local-user-account-in-windows-10

Also install all Windows pending updates and check.

If issue persist, it could be an app that is conflicting with the system settings. Boot your PC into a clean boot state and check.

http://social.technet.microsoft.com/wiki/contents/articles/29876.how-to-perform-a-clean-boot-in-windows-10.aspx

Reset the computer back to Normal Mode once you are done with the troubleshooting by following the section "How to reset the computer to start normally after clean boot troubleshooting" from the same article.

Hope this helps.
