Faulty Hardware Windows 10 Corrupted Error Page on Surface Pro 3

I've seen this reported for other brands but not the Surface Pro 3. Is there a fix for this yet? Very frustrating as I'm losing all my work as soon as this happens. Also, it does not restart. The blue screen just sits there until I hard log off.

It just happened again and the error was DRIVER_CORRUPTED_EXPOOL.

It then gives me a percentage counter but once it hits 100% it just sits there and does not restart so I have to hard log off.
