Error 339 - MSINET.OCX Windows 10

I'm trying to run an application on Windows 10 and after many tries of fixing it, it still gives the error 339, MSINET.OCX

That means you're not running the command under elevated Command Prompt, or registry permissions are incorrect.

Right-click Start, click Command Prompt (Admin)

Run the command and you should see this message:

DllRegisterServer in msinet.ocx succeeded.

[OK]
