Brand new Windows 10 Blue screen reference by pointer 0x00000018, REFERENCE_BY_POINTER, crash address ntoskrnl.exe


Hello,

I bought my new computer and I am getting BSOD almost every day on my Windows 10 and it is highly annoying. I can't work with my computer. 
Here are minidumps and info about computer https://1drv.ms/u/s!At91sR1wbvEJg1mAscsXzu2ocP2I. Crash address is always ntoskrnl.exe+16c4c0

Help is highly appreciated. 
I don't have time to reinstall stupid windows every second day. I am angry with it because I did not buy new laptop and Windows 10 to slow me down. This is not what I paid for.

The minidump files were inconclusive.

Can you provide the following file which has more information on the crash:

C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP

The memory.dmp file will be quite large, you could zip and compress the memory.dmp file with a third party application such as 7-Zip.

Hi,

You need to contact the system maker's support as well as the seller.

Since the computer is new and still under warranty please contact the System Maker's Support and the seller. As OEM the System Maker is responsible for the proper operation of both the hardware and Windows. So regardless of the cause it is theirs to resolve. And the unit is under full warranty and may be in need of repairs or replacement. Added that even if you are able to resolve the issue you would want it fully documented just in case there are related problems down the road. Remember the more you do the more they will say it is something you have done.

The crashes may be from McAfee so you could try uninstalling all McAfee software and use Windows built-in antivirus (Windows Defender) and firewall.

If you do contact ASUS or the seller you could point to this topic ass reference.
