Windows 10 not signing me in YouTube

Hi Everyone.

I did search this question everywhere (I think) and I can't seem to find the answer anywhere.

Here goes my problem: Whenever I turn the computer on, then log in to Windows 10, then to my Google account, and Youtube, etc, through Edge, Chrome, Firefox, and I do the two-step sign-in with Google, everything is fine, well, that's until I turn the computer off, away for little bit, come back and turn the computer on,  I'll have to sign in (Specially Google) all over again. This happens whether I mark "Stay Turned In" or "Don't ask again on this computer" option, I will have to sign in to my Google account all over again.

Don't worry, I will ask this same question to Google folks, I'm just wonders if anyone knows whats going on here at MS community.

If you are getting the same issue whichever browser you use, we suggest checking your privacy settings on both your Google account, and YouTube account.
