Hi Cain888

Yes, those instructions found online are for the old Edge browser, which was a UWP app, the new version of Edge is based on the Chromium Engine and is not a UWP App and so that Modify button will not work

Open Edge

At the top tight of Edge, click the 3 dots and choose Settings

Click Reset Settings on the left and from there, you can reset the Edge browser . . .
