Surface pro 3 with windows 10 heating and the fan dont stop

Anyone experience heating problems after the update to windows 10?

The fan starts rolling, even in simple tasks. With 8.1 almost never I hear the fan and the heat was normal..

Is Microsoft aware of this problem?   I'm not the only one experience this problems, my friends too, and there are people on internet start complaining. This was too expensive to have heating problems..

Thanks

" I solved some of the problems to installing latest firmware update from : https://www.microsoft.com/surface/en-us/support/performance-and-maintenance/install-software-updates-for-surface?os=windows-10

Download SurfacePro3_Win10_150723_0.msi and install it. It solved system & system interrupts problems for sure."

For Surface Pro 2 there was only .zip package. I've unpacked it and installed as driver update to Firmware resource via Device Manager. Didn't help - after few minutes usage the device gets hot and fan starts to spin. This never happened on Windows 8.1

This actually helped my problem. My Surface was getting super hot without doing anything special and the battery life became short. It was totally not acceptable. By installing the msi it solved the problem for now, but I still think it used to be better with Win 8.1.

So thanks for the hint!

I installed this on my Pro yesterday and haven't had one problem since! Praying this was it! Mine was at the point where everytime I was on it for even a few seconds it started to overheat.
