Night light mode glitch

So supposedly this question has been answered before in This thread. though the answer there didn't help me at all. it's literally the same symptoms, with the exception that nightlight mode is only off for a split second when I restart the computer. any ideas?
Hi XiloStarship

Click your Start Button, type winver and hit Enter

On the resulting dialog, what Version No. and build No. of Windows 10 are you running?

Do you have version 1903 of Windows 10 installed on your PC?

If so, there is a known bug in version 1903 that affects the Night Light function , Microsoft are aware of this bug, and while they did push out an update that was meant to resolve this, it id not, so they are still working to fix this bug and will hopefully push out a patch shortly . . .

Hi..
may I ask if you are running Windows 10 version 1903? If you are there's actually a known issue as follows

Gamma ramps, color profiles, and night light settings do not apply in some cases
Microsoft has identified some scenarios where gamma ramps, color profiles and night light settings may stop working.

Microsoft are aware of this bug and are working to patch this as soon as possible . . .

So until they push out the patch there is noting to do, there is currently known fix .

See here informations:https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/releas...

Hope this information helpful
