I have a problem with the settings.

Most of them are missing and I don't know what to do.

I'm John an Independent Advisor and a Microsoft user like you. I want to apologize if you encountered this issue. I understand you have a problem with Windows settings that some options were missing. When was the last time it's complete? Did you made any changes recently? What is your current Windows version and edition? Press Start then search Settings, select System then About.


Run the System File Checker tool (SFC.exe)
Press WIN+R to open Run then type: cmd
Press CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER to Run as administrator
At the command prompt, type the following command, and then press ENTER:
sfc /scannow
Restart your PC then check settings app

Restore and repair system files
Press WIN+R to open Run then type: cmd
Press CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER to Run as administrator
Type:
dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup

Restart your PC then check settings app

Run the troubleshooter: Right-click Taskbar then select Taskbar Settings >On the search box, type Troubleshoot Settings > Troubleshoot, and then from the list select Windows Store apps > Run the troubleshooter

Re-register Settings app
WIN+X then select Windows Powershell (Admin)
copy paste the command:

Get-AppXPackage | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers -Name windows.immersivecontrolpanel | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml” -Verbose}


If it doesn't work, Please try to create a new administrator account then check Windows settings there.

To open Settings>>Right Click Taskbar then Taskbar Settings
Search for Family & other users.(In some editions of Windows you'll see Other users)

Thank you for the fast reply, but nothing worked. Before that happen, I used to have another problems with the settings - I could'n use some of them but they used to exist (not like now), so i decided to restore all setting (I needed to delete all apps) but it didnt't work. I reconciled oneself to the situation. Now I will try to make another administrator account and i hope it will work.

I use home pc. But something very interestings happened. When I tried to switch the microsoft account, it didn't alow me. There was a message - something like "Sorry but you can't sign in right now... bla bla bla". Now I am trying to connect with a person from Microsoft.

I want to tell you that I DID IT. My sister had just logged into her school account and so i have very few premissions. I logged out and everything fixed. In spite of that I thank you for the fast respond.
