How to export Windows 10 e-mail Contacts

I recently upgraded from Vista to 10 and in the process lost all of the data in my ISP's Webmail account.  That's not critical as I only use Webmail when abroad, but it would be handy to have a Contacts list to refer to.  However there doesn't appear to be an obvious method of exporting Contacts in 10 - clicking on the folder merely brings up a list.  Any ideas anyone?
