Windows 10 pro 64 bit runtime error 217

Just clean installed my system from win 10 pro 32bit to 64 bit,   

I got this error and unable to run a program

"runtime error 217 at 0041AC0D"

I did some research and no luck, please help me!

The Runtime Error 217 at 004bb10d error may be caused by windows system files damage. The corrupted system files entries can be a real threat to the well-being of your computer.

System file check is a utility built into the Operating System that will check for system file corruption .The sfc /scannow command (System File Check) scans the integrity of all protected operating system files and replaces incorrect, corrupted, changed, or damaged versions with the correct versions where possible.

Method 2:

If the issue persists, I suggest you to boot the computer to Safe Mode and check, if the issue occurs. If the issue do not occur in Safe Mode, I suggest you to set the computer in a clean boot state and check, if it helps.
