When you say it gets stuck at the BIOS Screen, does the system go into the BIOS at start up, or does it get stuck on Motherboard Manufacturer screen?
What exactly is on the screen when it hangs at start up!

This would indicate that it is a hardware or BIOS issue, as Windows has not attempted to load at this point.
I would check all hardware is seated correctly, RAM, Graphics Card . . . etc.
Then, check online to see if there is a BIOS Update for your Motherboard
I hope this Helps!

I agree if it seems to want you to enter the Bios Setup it needs something verified or reset. As DaveM121 says it might be some change to some parameters in the Bios. If you are overclocking it might be related to that. Sometimes just entering the bios and saving the current configuration may help.
Maybe even verifying which drive or Boot manager is the boot device.
I have had ASUS boards which will reboot themselves after the power is removed from the system. I have always thought that was because some configuration needed to be reset prior to completing the boot process.
