I've been travelling as I look for my answer. Everywhere I go there's no real answer or acknowledgement of the issue. I'm lost, uncertain which direction to even go. Perhaps I should accept it, chalk it up as a loss.

I've decided to go to the source of the problem, the very place where the great minds discuss and supposedly solve all your problems. I'm skeptical what i'll find.

I've arrived. My answer? Non-insight. Although many of the living still traverse the Great Forums, solving each-others puzzles as if they're coming closer to solving every question ever to be asked. But it was there deep within that I found the same question
etched on long forgotten walls.
It was different sure, but only because of its early inception. Now, after the years spent toiling with such riddles its assumed the answer to the question is not that of pointing to an error, but rather the lack of an answer. How can one answer a question
without using an answer? It's my belief, due to the popularity of the question not only today, but back as far as its first inception, has driven the supreme minds whom live within the Great Forums into quite the predicament.
On the wall I read what I had feared, the supreme minds could not solve the question. Instead of making change on their part to formulate an answer, they chose to call forth an error in the question! They placed blame on the question offering suggestions
to change and alter the circumstance.
But I knew what they did not long ago. Information has been revealed since then and it is believed the supreme's being answer was simply, it does not exist. Of course because of the large surplus of questions they chose not to look at the question for what
it was. This lead to confusion and further miss-representation that the answer was anything but, "it does not exist." For such an answer would bring great shame to the supreme creators that worked to create a question-less universe for the supreme minds.

All hope is gone. I've decided to create my own answer. I shale no longer go to the Supreme Minds and ask. Their are many other Supreme Creators than simply the ones most commonly known. There are some that create bits and pieces that form together with what
the creators have created to work intricately together, thus creating not only an answer but quite often an improved fix.
I leave this message once more on the long forgotten walls of the Great Forum for any other journeymen who decide to travel for an answer as I once did. DON'T look for an answer to what was never created, but rather find a creation that gives you an answer!

Summary: This isn't an implemented feature. "Programs" that you download and install from their respective distributors will show in the audio controls. However the newly named windows 10 "apps"
downloaded and installed through the Microsoft store can't be controlled individually(Audio levels).
The fix is to look for a 3rd party program that will give you the feature to change their audio controls.
Check out: EarTrumpet, you can find it in the windows store and will give you the per app controls you're looking for.
