TLS security settings aren’t set to the defaults

From the description provided, we understand that you want to enable the settings for security protocols and trusted sites. To do this:

1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Click the Tools button, and then click Internet Option. Click the Advanced tab.
3. Under Security section and check Use TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1, and TLS 1.2.

Or you can also try this.

1. Open the Tools menu (click the cog icon near the top-right of Internet Explorer 10) and choose Internet options:

   

2. Select the Advanced tab.
3. Scroll down to the Security section at the bottom of the settings list.
4. Select the checkboxes Use TLS 1.1 and Use TLS 1.2.

5. For extra security, unselect the checkbox Use SSL 3.0. When complete, your settings should match the following:

   • Selected: Use TLS 1.0, Use TLS 1.1 and Use TLS 1.2

   • Not selected: Use SSL 2.0 and Use SSL 3.0

     

6. Select the Apply button.
7. Select the OK button.
