Reset adapter every time I want to connect to internet.

So everytime I start my computer up I connect to my wi-fi, but it doesn't connect to the internet. So to solve this I restart my adapter and internet works. Can anyone tell me why this is and how I can permanently fix this as this is extremely annoying.

Try this

reboot modem

unplug power for 45 seconds

plug in power, when connected to internet again, restart all pc's and devices (phones) on your home network and then see

If you have an OEM PC, then they may have a 3rd party app for wireless connections and may have to use their app. Had a couple laptops like that in the past.

also open Network folder, right click on modem icon and select enable internet connectivity.
