Hi Alex,
This seems odd. Were there other changes made on the system prior to the issue? In the meantime, we suggest that you perform a system restore and go back to before the update, and then check if the properties remain. You may refer to this article on how to do so (Refer to Restore from a system restore point.)
Kindly update us on the results.

The issue might be caused by corrupted system files. We suggest running the System File Checker (SFC.exe) and Deployment Image Servicing & Management (DISM.exe) tools to help us address missing or corrupted system files. You may refer to this article on how to do so.
In addition, we also suggest running an antivirus scan, perhaps Windows Defender or any other third-party antivirus program that you're using to check the system for any threats that might be causing the issue. If you are using Windows Defender, here is an article for your reference.
Let us know how it turns out.

***Did you notice the (2)*** "Intel(R) Ethernet Connection >>(2)<< 1218-V". That means Windows created a new whole duplicate set of Network Adapters and I bet they are corrupt, they may work fine but....
First to be safe, I would download the driver package for that adapter from manufacturer if it was an upgrade to WIN 10. Or if you have the DVD with WIN 10 on it then you should have them on that. They should be on your harddrive already and windows should find them after you delete them and restart computer. Windows update for them may be useless if you can not connect to internet to get them. Windows update may update the drivers after initial driver install.
First, create a new restore point.
Control panel>>system>>System Protection>>Create.
Add Name a create restore point.
UNPLUG MODEM POWER
I would click on "CONFIGURE">>"Driver" tab >>"Uninstall Device". *(From your photo above).
Then start menu>> Programs>>Windows Admin Tools and open Disk cleanup.
Then do a complete disk cleanup, EVEN DO CLEAN UP SYSTEM FILES, But DO NOT delete Upgrade installation or upgrade log files or old restore points.
Restart computer, log on and it should detect and install all new drivers and check and see if it fixed the issue. CONNECT MODEM POWER
Verify in Device Manager - "Control Panel">>"System">>"Device Manager".
In view Tab select SHOW HIDDEN DEVICES and then open "NETWORK adapters" and make sure all drivers are installed. No Red or Yellow marks next to any of them.
Then regardless, reboot modem and restart any computers on your network.

The Modem/Router is what the Internet Service Provider provided you for internet service or you may have bought one. It would provide the direct connect LAN connection and most likely the wireless capability. And Modem or Router, whatever you want to call it. It would connect to the phone line or possibly cable box like for Infinity TV and Internet.
NIC - Network Interface Card for LAN Cable or wireless is what connects you to the Router or modem to access the internet through the internet service provider you have.
I say to power off modem then remove the network card device. This will remove all those drivers mislabeled and assure the Device removal so you can create a new network adapter with new proper drivers so you can configure them as you can not now and to display proper names of each driver function. But you want to disconnect the card from internet or cut off the Wireless connection if you are not using LAN/Cat5/6 cable. Plus you will want a new network configuration once new drivers are in and when you start up router/modem it will do that and connect you to internet.
UNPLUG ROUTER/ (AKA) MODEM. Then,
I would click on "CONFIGURE">>"Driver" tab >>"Uninstall Device". *(From your photo above) as I mentioned and follow steps I gave you.
NOTE: WHEN I SAY UNINSTALL THE DEVICE, I DO NOT MEAN OPEN UP YOUR COMPUTER AND REMOVE THE LAN AND WIRELESS HARDWARE CARDS. I AM TELLING YOU FROM THE POINT OF THE PHOTO YOU SHOW ABOVE IN YOUR POST, TO OPEN NETWORK ADAPTER PROPERTIES, (click on) the "CONFIGURE"
THEN IN THE NEW POP UP WINDOW/BOX, (click on) the "DRIVER TAB" AND THEN (click on) the UNINSTALL DEVICE (at the bottom). THEN DO A DISK CLEAN UP WHICH IS WHAT I SUGGEST. THEN RESTART YOUR COMPUTER AND LOG ON AND WINDOWS WILL DETECT YOUR LAN CARD AND INSTALL ALL NEW DRIVERS. ONCE DONE, RE-CONNECT YOUR MODEM/ROUTER, WHEN YOU ARE CONNECTED TO INTERNET, RESTART YOUR COMPUTER AGAIN. LOG ON AND CHECK THE NEW DRIVERS IN THE PROPERTIES AND THEY WILL NO LONGER BE CORRUPT AND SHOW WEIRD FILE NAMES.
NOTE BELOW: THAT THE "PROPERTIES" FOR EACH ITEM IN THE LIST WILL NOT BE ACTIVE FOR EACH ITEM. SOME HAVE PROPERTIES TO VIEW AND SOME DO NOT.
ON MINE EXAMPLE:
