Hi Ghovin,

The issue might occur if there is any issues in the internet connection connected to the computer.

Before we assist further, are you connected via wired or wireless?

Follow the steps below to reset some of the internet components and check if the issue is resolved.

  1. Press Windows key + X and select Command Prompt (Admin)from the context menu.

  2. Type the following commands:

    netsh winsock reset catalog: to reset WINSOCK entries

    netsh int ipv4 reset reset.log: to reset IPv4 TCP/IP stack

    netsh int ipv6 reset reset.log: to reset IPv6 TCP/IP stack

  3. Restart the computer and check if the changes are effective.

We recommend that you reset the TCP/IP stack and Windows Sockets API entries to installation defaults. You can do that by following these steps: 

  1. Press the Start button. 

  2. Type Command Prompt 

  3. Right-click and select Run as administrator. 

  4. Enter the following commands in Command Prompt: 

  • netsh int ip reset reset.log 

  • netsh winsock reset catalog

Once you have reset the TCP/IP stack and Windows Sockets API entries, reboot your machine for the changes to take effect.
