Many thanks Sachin for your detailed reply.

Unfortunately none of the techniques worked for me. It's weird that I can't find anywhere a Bluetooth option in my computer although there is a Bluetooth symbol right next to my wifi symbol.

Hi! I've got the same issue. There is a Bluetooth icon and a bluetooth button in the notification center, but it's impossible to find Bluetooth neither press windows+X or windows+I. Troubleshooting doesn't do anything, as usual! The manufacturer seems doesn't care.

Hi Ivan,

Thank you for providing us the details.

To understand the issue better, I suggest you to answer the below questions.

  1. What happens when you try to access Windows + X keys and Windows + I keys?
  2. Are you not able to find the Bluetooth options in that?
  3. What was the result when you tried to perform the troubleshooting?

Please provide us more information to help you better.

Thank you

Hi, I'm sorry for the late respond!
1. There is no Bluetooth in Device Manager. When I press Windows + I there is no Bluetooth in Dvices(Bluetooth, printers, mouse).
2. So yes, I am.
3. I have no idea what the troubleshooter do! A message to restart my computer because of changes appears everytime I start the troubleshooter. I've restarted my computer several times and nothing! The troubleshooter says the same "We've made some changes that should fix the problem, restart your pc for the changes to take effect..."
What additional information do you need?
Please, let me know if any additional actions are required of my side!
Thank You!

Hi Ivan,

Thank you for your response.

If you are not able to find the drives or devices in Device Manager also then definitely it is a driver issue.

I would suggest you to visit the manufacturer website and download the relevant driver required and install the driver and check if the same issue persists.

Hope it helps.

I have fixed the missing bluetooth device on windows 10 with my Lenovo X220i Laptop by upgrading the BIOS from the Lenovo Support Page to the latest.

http://support.lenovo.com/cz/cs/products/Laptops-and-netbooks/ThinkPad-X-Series-laptops/ThinkPad-X220i/downloads/DS018805

The bluetooth device fired up instantly after doing so.

Try upgrading your BIOS of your machine to the latest.

Mine worked fine even though the BIOS upgrade utility does not list Windows 10 as supported OS. It worked just fine.
