How to change Ethernet network profile from Public to Private (or vice versa) in Windows 10 April 2018 Update?

So everything I've Googled says go to Settings -> Network & Internet -> Ethernet, then click on the Ethernet network name and change the toggle there. However, when I click on the Ethernet network name, all I get is the Metered connection setting. There's nothing about being able to find other PCs or making my PC discoverable.

Does anyone know how to change an Ethernet network's profile?

Also, why does Microsoft insist on making this setting so hard to find and decipher?

Hi Judah, the settings for that value are:

0 for Public network
1 for Private network
2 for Domain network
