Cannot install extensions in Edge

If I told it in one sentence, I cannot install a single extension in Microsoft Edge. It just shows "The app encountered a problem. Re install it to repair". And it keeps showing no matter how many times I clicked to repair it. And I tried contacting Microsoft agent twice. Even they can't solve this issue!
Any help guys? Because Microsoft never respond to any of these issues yet!

Thank you for your response. I appreciate your time.

I would suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below:

  1. Open Powershell as admin.
  2. Type: "Get-AppxPackage *pocket* | Remove-AppxPackage" without the quotes this will unsintall pocket. You can try skipping step 3.
  3. Type: "Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers| Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}" without the quotes.
this will reinstall all stock apps including the Windows Store
  4. Now you should be able to install Pocket through the Windows Store.

Note: Replace *pocket* in step 2 with *extensionname* (example: pocket extension).

Hope this information helps.

Please get back to us with an update on the issue, we will be happy to help.
