Windows security box pop-up

We have a small peer-to-peer network in our office. After installing Win10 on all machines we are now asked to enter our Network Credentials to access another machine (see below). We don't use a Homegroup.

I'm not sure which Username and Password is required (I tried using the machine's name and logon password, without success).

Ideally, how can I get rid of this thing coming up all the time.
