wifi and bluetooth problem in windows 10

To resolve your concern on how to turn WiFi On, follow the methods below:

Method 1: Run the Network troubleshooter.

1.  Right click on the network icon in the notification area.
2.  Select Troubleshoot problems.

Method 2 : Enable WiFi.

1.  Right click on the Windows logo found at the lower left hand corner of your desktop.
2.  Go to Control Panel.
3.  Click on Network and Internet.
4.  Select Network and Sharing Center.
5.  On the left hand side, click on Change adapter settings.
6.  Right click on Wireless Connection, and then click on Enable.

For your concern regarding Bluetooth, follow the steps below:

1.  Type services.msc in Cortana, and then press Enter.
2.  Double click on Bluetooth Support Service.
3.  If the Service status is Stopped, click on Start.
4.  For the Startup type, select Automatic.
5.  Click on the Log on tab.
6.  Click on Local System account.
7.  Click on OK.
8.  Restart your computer.

Hi

I have already tried above mentioned methods but nothing helped. As i already said there is no wifi hotkeys then how i will turn the wifi on.  please help my laptop is sony vaio SVE15117FN.

Here is another set of steps that you could perform to turn on the WiFi:

1.  Type services.msc in Cortana, and then press Enter.
2.  Double click on WLAN AutoConfig.
3.  If the Service status is Stopped, click on Start.
4.  For the Startup type, select Automatic.
5.  Click on OK.
