Network files

I couldnt see other computers in Networks,

But i can access those folders through address bar (\\computername)

I dont remember if i had changed some settings

last night i was checking(exploring) settings in Windows Administrative tools and

may be i did some thing in local security policy and ended like this

Since this is the case and the issue still persists. let us provide steps that we can utilize to resolve your concern about the computers in your network not showing up in the network folder. Kindly follow the steps below;

  1. In the search box on the taskbar, type the words "Command Prompt".
  2. Right-click on the result showing "Command Prompt" and then select Run as administrator in the list.
  3. Once the Command Prompt is open, run the following commands in the listed order, and then check to see if that fixes your connection problem:
  • Type netsh winsock reset and press Enter.
  • Type netsh int ip reset and press Enter.
  • Type ipconfig /release and press Enter.
  • Type ipconfig /renew and press Enter.
  • Type ipconfig /flushdns and press Enter.

Doing this command will reset any changes that was made that could have caused the issue to occur.

Today morning i tried accessing the other PC's in LAN and could see them and transferred files through network

But now I couldn't

tried the steps given by you, i can see one PC(right now what I am on) for a while and after a refresh i find nothing except wireless N Router

2. Did the computer come with any version of Windows (e.g., Win10; Win8.1; Win7) preinstalled?

6) Earlier i scanned this lap with Emsisoft Emergency Kit it finds and removes some malware every time I run a scan(The same thing every time)
