hotspot on a dial-up connection in windows 10

I am unable to set up a hot-spot for sharing my dial-up internet connection on windows 10. It was working perfectly well untill the win 10 update. I have tried all the solutions available on this site and tried others as well....however, the issue remains outstanding. Is there a deliberate move to avoid sharing of dial-up connections over hot-spots?? why would that be???

Please help.

Hello,

To better assist you, may we know if you have tried setting up a new connection?

We look forward to your earliest response.
