Cast to Device over Ethernet

All:

I do not have wireless in my home - I connect everything via Ethernet.

That said, every time I try and look up something regarding "Mirroring" or "Cast-to" it all revolves around wireless connections.

In Settings --> Devices --> Other devices:

I deleted everything then added "Hopper with Sling" which was automatically discovered without any problem.  Many other devices showed up, but for now that is all I'm interested in to get working and all I added.

The question is, how do I utilize this connection?  Additionally, though Control Panel --> Media Streaming Options, the device shows as "connected" if I try and delete it.

For consistency's sake, I used Bing and connected to Amazon Video where I have a subscription.  I fired up a movie in Bing, then selected "Cast media to device" from the menu.  The sidebar "Connect" pops out, and tells me it's searching for "Wireless displays and audio devices".  I don't want, and don't have wireless devices.  My Roku shows up, but that's another can of worms that I'll look into at some point.

One other note - from my Hopper menu, I am able to see my computer, see folders, play music.  I suspect, if I had a movie downloaded to a file, I probably could play it.  But what I want to do is cast a streaming movie (or anything else on my screen for that matter).

Any direction appreciated.
