The above error indicates that you have incurred an error with your Homegroup. To rectify the same, I suggest that you follow the methods below:
Method 1: Antivirus.
Disable your antivirus software and check if you are able to connect to other PC's in the homegroup.
Method 2: Run the homegroup troubleshooter.
This is an inbuilt tool which will help you rectify the issue that might exist, it will also provide information about the error. If there are any error, I would like you to share the same.
1. Right click on the Start Menu and select Control Panel.
2. Here navigate to Homegroup > Start Homegroup troubleshooter.
3. Follow the on screen instruction.
Method 3: Settings
Check if the settings for homgroup is correct, i.e, you have selected all the appropriate settings for homegroup to function. To navigate to settings, click on
Control Panel > Homegroup > Advance Sharing Settings
