Every time my screen locks, when I try to log back in, it is defaulting to "Other User" on the login screen. I have to wait til this fails, then click on my primary account to log in. I can't find anything online that has a solution to this problem. Please
advise.
Hold down the shift key on your keyboard while clicking the Power button on the screen.
Continue to hold down the shift key while clicking Restart.
Continue to hold down the shift key until the Advanced Recovery Options menu appears.
Click Troubleshoot
Click Advanced options
Click Command Prompt
At the command prompt, type:
net user administrator /active:yes
Hit Enter
Close command prompt, restart, then try signing into the Administrator account.
Try signing in again.
Hold down the shift key on your keyboard while clicking the Power button on the screen.
Continue to hold down the shift key while clicking Restart.
Continue to hold down the shift key until the Advanced Recovery Options menu appears.
Click Troubleshoot
Click Advanced options
Click Startup repair the follow the on screen instructions.
When complete, restart.
Try signing in again.

Have you contacted your network administrator to find out whats happening? Its possible the current Windows 10 image applied to your machine is corrupted and needs to be restored.

I just got the machine, and added it to our domain. Nothing wrong with the Windows 10 image. Again, every time I'm on the login page it's defaulting to "Other User" instead of my domain account, which is really the only way I will ever log into the computer.

Well, reset it, first sign in with a local account, then connect to the Domain.
Sign out to the sign in screen...
Hold down the shift key on your keyboard while clicking the Power button on the screen.
Continue to hold down the shift key while clicking Restart.
Continue to hold down the shift key until the Advanced Recovery Options menu appears.
Click Troubleshoot
Click Reset this PC
Click Remove Everything
Fully clean the drive
Click Reset
Set up a local account, open Start > Settings > Accounts > Access work or school > Connect
