control userpasswords2 and netplwiz not working

Hi,
I wanted to remove an account from my laptop and I decided to use this command but it is not working....on my pc it is not showing the yes button.....

Please help....

You can try to disable UAC (User Account Control) first by following this youtube guide.

after that restart your PC then try to remove account again.

It is not safe to disable UAC:

 Why You Shouldn’t Disable User Account Control (UAC) in Windows

See here for UAC box is greyed out:

 Fix Yes button disabled in UAC dialogs in Windows 10, Windows 8 and Windows 7

In addition did you try removing the account in the normal place first in Settings > Accounts > Family & Other People?
