Windows 10 64bit Cortana search box flickering nonstop

Recently, once I open cortana search box it starts flickering non-stop. The area between where I place the cursor to type and from the top blue circle and the word Oh hey! from cortana.
Please try these options one by one and check after each option. These options are independent and can be executed in any sequence.

1. Click on below and run Start menu troubleshooter

2. Reinstall Cortana

Windows Key+X > Click Powershell(Admin) > Copy the below and paste into Powershell by right clicking into Powershell

Get-AppXPackage -Name Microsoft.Windows.Cortana | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
Reboot your computer 


3. Update display driver

Windows Key+X (Or right click on Start) > Click Device Manager > Expand Display Adapter > Right click on entry below > Click Update Driver Software > Click Browse my computer for driver software > Click Let my pick from a list of device drivers on my computer > Choose the driver > Click Next to update > If this does not work, select Search automatically for the updated driver in place of Browse my computer for driver software > Restart your computer

4. Update display driver from manufacturer's website

Go to the website of the display adapter's manufacturer or computer's manufacturer > See if some driver is released for your model and OS > If yes, download that > In previous option, you click Update Driver Software, in place of this, click Uninstall > Install the downloaded driver > Restart your computer

5. Rollback the Driver

Windows Key+X > Click Device Manager > Expand Display Adapter > Right click on entry below > Click Properties > Go to Driver tab > If there is rollback option, click it

6. Create a New User Account and login with this new User Account to rule out corruption in user profile
