Win 10 booting delay caused by AMD graphic driver in my laptop

Hello everyone.

I recently upgarade my Laptop OS from win7 to win10.

My laptop model is NP700Z5B-W01UB (SAMSUNG)

There are 2 Problems.

1. After CCC (AMD graphic driver) is installed, Operating time is increased (~1min).

Windows logo appears few seconds, after that srcreen turns in black.

Without CCC, It only takes few seconds.

    In the event log,

[ATI EEU PnP start/stop failed, Event ID : 16396]

2. Win 10 recognize HD 6490m as HD 7400m series.

I already tried to remove(Using DDU tool in safe mode) and re-install(Newest version in AMD web site and Old version provided by samsung in compatible mode). But there are no alert in the device manager.

Please give some hint.

Tanhk you.

Had the same issue on my desktop pc running CrossFire. Repairing the windows installation will not help
as windows 10 is still buggy as hell....

Uninstall your current GPU drivers & restart, Install the latest corresponding gpu drivers from the amd website & then disable ULPS in the registry...

open regedit as admin & search for "EnableULPS" this should find a DWORD 32bit value & change it from 1 to 0 & reboot...
