WebCam error code: 0xA00F4246 (0x80040154)

WebCam not respond always shows error : 0xA00F4246 (0x80040154). i even tried to update but no update available. my notebook model Asus X550LC (Window 10).

My Error was 0xA00F4246(0x887A0004) and steps below helped me. you can try and it might help with yours. Cheers

What you need to do is:

1- Open the "Registry Editor" to do right clicking on the button of Windows and choose "Run", to which it will be opened a window in which you must type "regedit" (without quotation marks).

2- Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE path \ Microsoft \ Windows Media Foundation \ Platform

3- Create a DWORD key named "EnableFrameServerMode" (without quotation marks) and set to 0 (default one).
