USB ports not working - Windows 10

Hello,

I have 4 USB Ports and 2 of them are not working. I have looked on device manager and they are all up to date and I have uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers and the USB ports still don't work.

Is there anything else I can try?

Tried everything they suggested and ended up reverting back to 8.1! There is a youtube video showing you how to do that but has to be within 30 days of upgrading to 10 I believe.
