Resolution setting is grayed out in Display Settings. Windows 10 laptop with external monitor

Hi

I connected my windows 10 laptop to a V7 D22W12 monitor.

The driver of the monitor is Non-PNP Generic.

Maximum resolution of this monitor is 1680 x 1050 But I only have 1366 x 768 option and it's grayed out. How can I get the maximum resolution?

This is how it looks:

I checked resolutions on Advanced Display Settings. It looks like this:

This seems to be a limitation of the graphics card, the monitor supports that resolution, but your video card is not powerful enough to drive it.

I know that my graphics card is capable of doing this.

My laptop is HP 8460P with integrated Intel HD 3000 VGA

I found a solution

In Intel VGA properties there is a custom resolution option. I added 1680x1050 60Htz and activated with Advanced Display Settings.

It's done but the display is still a little blurry and off screen.

I have to re position screen every time I turn the monitor on.

How can I correct the blurred screen?

This is the custom resolution page:

And this is the advanced options that I do not understand:
