Microsoft Hosted Network Virtual Adapter driver Missing in hp notebook

I have HP AB219TX with Windows 10 . but in Device manager even though enabling 'show hidden devices' there is no 'Microsoft Hosted Network Virtual Adapter driver '

 Because of this i am unable to share my device's internet to the others .

 I tried 'netsh wlan start hostednetwork' command in command prompt

but it says

"The hosted network couldn't be started.

The group or resource is not in the correct state to perform the requested operation."
