Uninstall the software from Settings > Apps > Apps & Features, restart the PC.
Then download the latest version fresh download from the software's Support Downloads web page, try installing it in Compatibility Mode:

Did this work in an earlier version of Windows 10? Did you just have a version or Windows upgrade? If so you might be able to Go Back at Settings > Update & Security > Recovery.
