How do you change screen contrast in Windows 10?

How do you change screen contrast in Windows 10? You'd think it would be with display settings but I didn't see it there.

Yes, that is exactly where that setting should be found, but Microsoft are still in the process of moving all Windows settings into that App . . .

Click your Start Button, then just type dccw and hit Enter

That will open the screen calibration utility, work through the steps in that utility, one of those is Contrast . . .
