Hi Max,

The application that you are looking for might be packaged with the driver that is needed for your sound card. We recommend that you contact the device manufacturer's website and see if you could download the application from them.

Regards.

Try downloading the .cab file from MS which should have the realtek audio manager.

How to install a .cab file.

I lost the audio manager when installing from the Realtek website, the .cab file brought it back for me.

Manufacturer is Realtek, I got the latest update available; on Realtek's website or my laptop's manufacturer (hp)'s website; plus the factory installed version of windows 10 home, didn't have Realtek HD Audio Manager Either!

Okay so checked my folder (C:\Program Files\Realtek\Audio\HDA) with the unaltered original install; turns out I had the application all along, the problem though is that I can't get it to launch (Not Even In Compatibility Mode.

Did you try installing from the .cab file or just unzip it to check?

I don't think it has a seperate installer within the .cab file.

Ma'am, I found out before I bothered that I do have the program; but I couldn't get it to run, I ran compatibility troubleshooter and it determined that Realtek HD Audio Manager is completely In-compatible with Windows 10!

I'm running it successfully on Windows 10 CrU, I have the icon in the task bar so imo it is compatible.

See the post here to see if you can get it to work - unless you've already tried this. There's quite a few posts in that thread concerning missing realtek audio manager.

This guy's video is straight to the point and you'll get it in no time. For my PC it was different from the video, but on the comments he shows how to do it for mines, just in case yours is the same.
