Driver Support Scam?

I am being charged for something from www.driversupport.com. What can I do about it?
Don't purchase it. Drivers are normally free and can be obtained directly through the manufacturers website for your computer. Driver support is just a snake oil scam site, avoid it.

Device drivers are and always will be free, never pay for them . . .

If you have installed their software, uninstall it and don't pay them

Windows 10 will for the most part keep your device drivers up to date without the need for any user interaction

If you ever need a device driver apart from that the only place to download device drivers is on the support page for your device on the manufacturers website

Driver Programs that claim to install drivers often install wrong drivers.

Always include PC Specifications with the problem. Additionally, ensure all the latest quality updates have been installed.

Is it an inappropriate charge? Not for something you bought from them?

Is the charge on a credit card? Call the credit card company company, tell them it's inappropriate, and ask them to remove the charge.

yes , they ask for payment a, and they may be give  unsupporteddrivers, its a scam .dont go there.
