i got this issue on Intel(R) 7 Series/C216 Chipset Family USB Enhanced Host Controller ,Generic USB Hub,USB Composite Device,USB Root Hub
the device status shows "device working properly" 

but in the event tab will show notification :

Device PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1E2D&SUBSYS_90AA104D&REV_04\3&11583659&0&D0 could not be migrated.

i have tried to reinstall with old original driver from my laptop vendor (vaio) but the problem is still exist

i also search automatically and manually but cant find latest driver version (the latest driver version is from 2013)

any idea what to do ? 
i already asked in other forum ,someone said USB Enhanced Host Controller drivers for Windows® 10 is provided by Microsoft on the Windows® installation package.
i really hope someone can help me fix this problem.since i already ask my laptop vendor but still no solution to fix this problem.

my OS is : windows 10 home single language 10.0.10586 version 1511

actually, i did clean install yesterday

i cant boot from usb media that im using for previous windows (that got this error) using UEFI.

so i changed the bios to Legacy and turned off secure boot mode then i deleted all the partition and formatted the harddisk then changed it from GPT to NTFS (it acually didnt accept GPT, i dont know the reason) then installed it

Voila,the driver works well now.😁

i dont know the reason but i think maybe when i upgrade windows previously something goes wrong.

upgrade :win8 csl oem>win8.1 csl>win 10 home sl build (i forgot)> win 10 home sl build 10586


now is 10586 ver 1511

so it is solved,thanks again for everyone that reply
