Can't close Audio Pop-up menu (mix/voice)

This pop-up menu starting popping up a few days ago. Can't seem to find anyway to close it out. I've restarted my computer, shut it down completely - but every time i turn it back on - withing around 30 minutes it pops up again. What's really annoying is the menu stays in front of any other window and I can't seem to move it. I tried searching in google, but haven't found any help. Hopefully someone here knows, how to get rid of this thing - it's driving me crazy. Thank you

I figured it out! It's not bloatware like that other guy said. It's xbox game bar. You can press windows key + G to get into it and close the windows. This worked for me but it's only been a few minutes so I might have to resort to uninstalling it if it comes back.
